Key Account Manager - Japanese/Korean/Western/Vietnamese (4 positions)

The Company’s goal


Ø The purpose of ADEN Services shall be to achieve satisfactory economic returns for the Company by the activities defined by the Management Board.

Ø The main business scope of ADEN shall be the activities directly involving catering, cleaning and security services for buildings, companies, department stores industrial zones, hotels, schools, etc.

Ø The Company services and servicing methods are determined to meet the international standards and to satisfy technical requirements of Indochina.




Ø Responsible for all sales activities in Japanese/Korean/Western/Vietnamese related market to develop new customers and other markets if opportunities araise.

Ø To track and identify new customers within key industry segments (factories, hotels, schools, buildings and public institutions).

Ø To promote sales and negotiate with customers within the scope of the company’s commercial policy.

Ø Support the Operational department to ensure the right implementation and follow-up of the contract, insuring the best quality services - the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values

Ø Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.


Sales Development


Ø Actively participate in the development of the business in Indochina.

Ø Responsible for the sales of food service, facility management service and support for remote site projects tailored exclusively to Japanese market.

Ø Demonstrates technical service skills and product knowledge in all service areas to give effective presentation of ADEN Services Vietnam.

Ø Develops annual business plan in conjunction with Country Manager, Business Development Director and Marketing & Sales Administration Manager, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year.

Ø Achieve a personal target of minimum 4 major contracts signed per year (or other amount as may be revised yearly by management).

Ø Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.

Ø Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models.

Ø Actively participate in the marketing and sales offer to client and prepare the overall commercial documents for Japanese/Korean/Western/Vietnamese Clients, i.e. presentations, costing, proposals, contracts, etc. within pre-approved frame;

Creates and conducts effective proposal presentations that identify prospects business problems, the effects of the problems, and ADEN Services Vietnam solutions to their problems.

Ø Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with decision makers.

Ø Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from larger competitors.

Ø Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospect clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues.


Monitor Competition


Ø Be aware of the market competition in order to anticipate the actions of competitors.

Ø Ensure the collect of competitor’s contract information to enable the company’s sales action at appropriate timing.


Marketing research


Ø Plan, coordinate and implement quantitative and qualitative Japanese/Korean/Western/Vietnamese market research studies per location and relevant segments that support the overall marketing & sales strategy (focus on products, competition and opportunities assessment surveys) and formulate strategies jointly with Business Development Director and Marketing & Sales Admin Manager.

Ø Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.

Ø Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, emails, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory to maintain accurate records to maximize territory potential.

Ø Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.

Ø Assist sales & marketing groups to collect and integrate relevant market and customer data from various sources by expanding prospect listing and suggest any possible interesting projects to BD teams.




Ø Follow up calendar of commercial exhibition and events. Propose the company’s participation.

Ø Join the weekly meeting with the BD team, branch management, and branch operations team to insure the follow-up of Japanese/Korean/Western/Vietnamese accounts. Ensure follow up of the actions determined in the meeting.

Ø Ensure, coordinate and submit sales working reports to Country Manager, Marketing and Sales Administration Manager, and Business Development Director in due time.

Ø Participate to monthly department heads meeting with Branch Manager (if applicable)

Ø Report to Branch Manager anything pertinent for the development of the branch.

Ø Actively participate in the choice and the implantation of development axis and commercial tools as defined by the management.

Ø  Make necessary report to the management of HCMC Branch.


On request duty


Ø Support Vietnam office on special project assignment

Ø Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.

Ø Maintain contact with all potential clients and business associations to effectively close sales deals.

Ø Responsible for identifying and building effective Centers of Influence Network with management and other professionals to maximize revenue.

Ø Maintain contact with all clients in the market to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction.

Ø Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.

Ø With hierarchy to inform on a regular basis of the good management practice, submit practical problem and submit reporting




Ø Japanese/Korean/Western/Vietnamese related cultural background.

Ø Fluency in Japanese/Korean/Western/Vietnamese and English.

Ø Over 10 years of experience in sales and/or service industry.

Ø Extensive experience in all aspects of Customer Relationship Management.

Ø Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

Ø Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.

Ø Proven ability to achieve sales quotas.
