Ø The purpose of ADEN Services shall be to achieve satisfactory economic returns for the Company by the activities defined by the Management Board.

Ø The main business scope of ADEN Services shall be the activities directly related to catering, cleaning, maintenance and other facility management services for buildings, factories, hotels, schools, etc.

§ Lead a team Property Management staff in managing a portfolio of properties.Deliver a smooth operation.

§ Supervise, train and monitor all staff including service, technical, admin…

§ Ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are implemented properly and compliance with statutory requirements

§ Plan and implement a prudent financial budget for the property

§ Generate ideas and initiatives to increase income from all sources and reduce costs

§ Proactively help the business to grow by building network of commercial and client relationships

§ Support other Asset Services projects and activities with your specialist skills, experience and teamwork.

§ Report to Management.

Ø Develop, train and implement detailed Survey/Costing documentation.

Ø Ensure and plan all new site openings in a complete and professional manner.

Ø Control the property operations of all customer sites.

Ø Liaise with clients for issues related to their site and reports to his manager about problems if any and devises corrective actions.

Ø Masters all the company policies and regulations related to the Property department.

Ø Work in cooperation with the entire Operations department and the Supply Chain (SC).

Ø Cooperate with BD Dept. for the survey and quotation for existing and potential Customers as well provide customer service to insure customer satisfaction is met check the quality of the cleaning services: ensure high standards, employee organization & efficiency, employee behavior & safety.



Ø Fluent In English communication skill and other languages would be a plus

Ø 2+ years experiences in the relevant capacity.



Ø Business development and sales experience in service industry are required



Ø Proven presentation, negotiation skills and excellent interpersonal skills

Ø Excellent organizational and follow up skills and a good team player

Ø Self-driven and able to work independently

Ø Must possess integrity, diplomacy, persuasion, and respect confidentiality

Ø Proficient in computer skills (Ms. Office).
